TRICO WIPER DISPLAY SERVICE PARTS 2 DRAWER CABINET COUNTERTOP ADVERTISEMENT.  This was purchased from the estate of a gentleman who owned multiple classic cars.  The cabinet comes with the contents shown in the photos.  They appear to be mostly new old stock but could have some used parts mixed in.  It is also possible that there are some parts that are not wiper related or are a brand different from Trico.  They will likely fit numerous years, makes, models and trim packages of vintage vehicles.  What you see is what you get.
