Condition
Please look closely at the pictures for condition before buying. Most of our items are new old stock with shelf wear. This means there could be some discoloration, markings, scratches, or other defects. Some of our parts are used. Some parts are being sold as not working or untested. The condition is noted in each listing. We try to catch everything & take lots of pictures so you know what you are getting. Please ask questions. We're happy to provide extra photos and info. We have a climate-controlled facility so the parts we sell are maintained in ideal conditions.
International Customers
We offer shipping to the USA only on our website. If you are an international buyer, you can purchase our items from our eBay store, Vintage Street Motorwerks, and we will ship your order via the eBay International Shipping Program. Please contact us with any questions.
Shipping
We pride ourselves in packing your order very safely so that you can get your item(s) in the condition as they were shown in the listing. We have over 10 years of shipping experience, our packing materials and techniques are well above industry standards and our customers have been very happy with our shipments. We generally ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment on weekdays and all items will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. We combine shipping! Add items to your cart and our system will calculate the combined shipping automatically. We offer expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you need expedited shipping send us a message and we will get you a quote as quickly as we can.
Local Pick Up
We are located in Andover, Minnesota, USA. We do not have a brick and mortar store front but we are available for local pick up by appointment. We have a wide range of availability including weekdays, nights, and weekends. Just send us an email, call or text and we will set up a time for you to pick up your order. We also welcome appointments for people to inspect items in person.
Damaged Items and Issues
Once you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Gasket sets that were sold as sealed in the original packaging are not returnable if they are opened. Some items our offered as is with no warranty and as such we will not accept returns on those items. Please email or call us to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer pays return shipping unless we sent a defective item or it was damaged during shipping. We require that an item is returned to us before you will receive a refund. We charge a 10% restocking fee on returns unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
